and related services provided by RadiusOS Technologies LLC.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using RadiusOS FrontDesk, our websites, forms, communications, or related services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

If you use the services on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. RadiusOS FrontDesk
RadiusOS FrontDesk is a service of RadiusOS Technologies LLC. The service may support business communications, inquiries, applications, onboarding, scheduling, account-related interactions, service notifications, follow-up communications, and customer support.

Features, availability, integrations, and service functionality may change over time. Nothing in these Terms should be interpreted as a guarantee that a particular feature or integration will always be available.
3. Eligibility and Account Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when interacting with RadiusOS FrontDesk or creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials associated with your account and for activity occurring through your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use the services to:

5. Communications
When you provide contact information to RadiusOS Technologies LLC, we may communicate with you regarding your inquiry, application, onboarding, scheduling, account, requested services, support, or other service-related matters, consistent with your consent and applicable law.
SMS Messaging Terms
RadiusOS FrontDesk SMS Program
RadiusOS FrontDesk is a service of RadiusOS Technologies LLC. If you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from RadiusOS FrontDesk, you may receive text messages regarding your inquiry, application, onboarding, scheduling, account, service-related notifications, follow-up communications, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, you may receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from the program unless you subsequently provide consent to receive them again.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. RadiusOS Technologies LLC disclaims warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Fees and Payments
If you purchase a paid service, plan, subscription, or other offering, you agree to the pricing, billing terms, and payment conditions presented to you at the time of purchase. Taxes may apply where required by law.

The services may interact with third-party platforms, communications providers, payment providers, or other integrations. Third-party products and services are governed by their own terms and policies, and RadiusOS Technologies LLC is not responsible for changes, outages, or acts of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
8. Intellectual Property
RadiusOS, RadiusOS FrontDesk, associated branding, software, site content, designs, and other materials provided by RadiusOS Technologies LLC are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works from our protected materials.
9. Availability and Changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the services when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RadiusOS Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill arising from or related to use of the services.
12. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the services when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, unlawful activity, misuse, security risks, violations of these Terms, or other material risks to RadiusOS Technologies LLC, our users, or third parties.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above identifies the most recent revision. Continued use of the services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
