Call, Voice, Transcript, and Conversation Data
Depending on the approved configuration, applicable law, and required notice or consent, RadiusOS FrontDesk interactions may generate call metadata, caller-provided information, transcripts, summaries, classifications, routing outcomes, appointment details, messages, notifications, and other conversation records.

Audio recording is not automatically enabled for every configuration. When recording is enabled, the client is responsible for identifying applicable consent, notice, industry, retention, employment, and telecommunications requirements unless a signed agreement assigns responsibility differently.

Call and conversation data may be processed to complete the requested workflow, provide summaries, route calls, support the client, investigate problems, test performance, improve approved workflows, and maintain security.
Do not use RadiusOS FrontDesk to collect passwords, full payment-card data, bank credentials, Social Security numbers, protected health information, or other highly sensitive information unless the use has been specifically reviewed, authorized, secured, and documented.
Section 06
Cookies, Analytics, and Similar Technologies
RadiusOS and its website providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, session technologies, analytics tools, and security technologies to operate the website, remember preferences, support member access, measure performance, understand usage, prevent abuse, and improve the user experience.

Where required, cookie or privacy controls may allow you to accept, reject, or manage certain nonessential technologies. Browser settings may also allow you to block or delete cookies, although doing so may affect website functionality.

Browser “Do Not Track” signals are not interpreted uniformly across the industry. Where legally required and technically supported, RadiusOS will respond to recognized privacy-choice signals.
Section 07
How Personal Information May Be Disclosed
-
website hosting, forms, member-account, cloud-storage, security, and infrastructure providers;
-
payment processors, invoicing providers, and transaction-support providers;
-
voice, telecommunications, AI, transcription, messaging, scheduling, CRM, and integration providers;
-
professional advisers, insurers, auditors, accountants, consultants, and legal counsel;
-
government agencies, regulators, courts, law enforcement, or other parties when required or permitted by law;
-
successors or participants in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction;
-
the RadiusOS client whose configured FrontDesk system processed the interaction; and
-
other parties when you direct, authorize, or consent to the disclosure.

RadiusOS does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some jurisdictions may define certain analytics or advertising disclosures as “sharing” or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. Where such laws apply, RadiusOS will provide required notices and choices.
Section 08
Payments and Financial Information
Payments may be processed through third-party payment services. RadiusOS may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, billing contact details, and limited payment information but may not receive or store the full payment credentials entered directly into the payment provider’s system.

Do not submit banking credentials, payment-card numbers, or financial passwords through general contact forms, applications, or support messages.
Section 09
Client Data and Business Responsibility
For some RadiusOS FrontDesk services, RadiusOS processes caller and business data on behalf of a client. The client determines the approved knowledge, caller categories, data fields, routing rules, retention needs, integrations, and authorized uses of that configuration.

The applicable service agreement or data-processing terms should define whether RadiusOS acts as a service provider, processor, contractor, independent business, or another legally recognized role for particular information.

Clients are responsible for providing lawful instructions, obtaining required notices or consents, maintaining accurate information, limiting access, and avoiding unnecessary sensitive-data collection.
Section 10
Data Retention
RadiusOS retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the website or services, complete transactions, maintain accounts, support clients, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect security, comply with legal obligations, and preserve legitimate business records.

Retention periods vary according to information type, sensitivity, purpose, client instructions, contractual requirements, legal obligations, system limitations, and whether the information is needed for an active relationship.

When information is no longer reasonably required, RadiusOS may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or securely dispose of it, subject to backup, legal-hold, fraud-prevention, and technical constraints.
Section 11
Security
RadiusOS uses administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption where appropriate, vendor management, logging, backups, security reviews, and incident-response procedures.

No website, telecommunications service, artificial-intelligence system, transmission method, or storage system is completely secure. RadiusOS cannot guarantee absolute security.
Section 12
Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, relationship with RadiusOS, and applicable law, you may have the right to:

-
request access to personal information;
-
request correction of inaccurate information;

Requests should be submitted through the RadiusOS Contact page and clearly identified as a privacy request. RadiusOS may verify identity and authority before completing a request. RadiusOS will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.
Section 13
State-Specific Privacy Disclosures
Certain United States privacy laws may require additional disclosures concerning categories of personal information, purposes, sources, recipient categories, retention, sensitive information, and privacy rights. Those requirements apply only when the relevant law covers RadiusOS or the specific processing activity.

RadiusOS may supplement this Policy with a jurisdiction-specific notice when required. Nothing in this Policy waives or limits a nonwaivable privacy right.
RadiusOS does not use the general website to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about consumers. Any future use of automated decision-making for a legally significant purpose would require separate review, authorization, notice, and safeguards.
Section 14
Children’s Privacy
The RadiusOS website and RadiusOS FrontDesk business services are not directed to children under thirteen, and RadiusOS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen through the general website.

If RadiusOS learns that personal information from a child under thirteen was collected without required authorization, RadiusOS will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Section 15
International Visitors and Data Transfers
RadiusOS is based in the United States. Personal information may be processed in the United States and other countries where RadiusOS or its service providers operate. Those locations may have different privacy laws from your home jurisdiction.
When legally required, RadiusOS will use an appropriate transfer mechanism or contractual safeguard for cross-border personal-data transfers.
Changes to This Policy and Contact
Section 16
RadiusOS may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, website features, data practices, or services. The effective date will identify the current version.
